Richard

With a degree in Performing Arts, a career on the West End stage (including Phantom of the Opera), and years as an international conference speaker, I understand presence, timing, and voice.

Later, as Director of Corporate Communications for the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) in Switzerland’s Olympic capital for 10 years , and subsequently as Director of Sport, Youth, and Events within a Royal Household, I have worked with Olympians, celebrities, Heads of State, and discerning clients of many nationalities and backgrounds – people often in the spotlight, where preparation and poise matter most.

Beyond the Ceremony

Over the years I’ve built relationships with a trusted circle of artisans and suppliers — designers, printers, photographers, event planners, content creators, and hair and make-up artists among them.

I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with world-renowned florist Rob Van Helden, whose artistry has shaped some of the most remarkable society, celebrity, and Royal celebrations of our time.

For couples who wish, I can move beyond introductions and personally curate these elements, assembling a team whose craft and style mirror your vision.

This is an additional commission, tailored to the scope of your celebration. The result is an experience that feels intentional, seamless, and quietly elevated — polished without ever losing its natural ease.

And always, discretion is assured. My work often extends into private and high-profile settings, where I am accustomed to collaborating with security teams and working under NDA agreements when required.

Master of Ceremonies

For couples who want their celebration to flow seamlessly, I also offer support as Master of Ceremonies. The same calm, familiar voice that guided your vows carries into the evening — welcoming guests, introducing speeches, and ensuring every transition feels natural and unhurried.

This is an additional commission that many couples choose, especially when they want the reassurance of continuity rather than relying on friends, family, or an external host. It allows you to relax, your guests to enjoy themselves, and the celebration to unfold with polish and ease.


Evening hosting — from the wedding meal (traditionally known as the wedding breakfast) through to the first dance — begins at £700.

For longer or full-day requirements, fees are tailored individually.

Travel or accommodation may apply for late finishes or events outside Oxfordshire.
